Our reconditioning department is divided into the two-wheeler workshop, the pram workshop and the textile workshop. Absolute professionals work in all areas to get the returned products back into top condition.
Over the last 5 years, we have developed a complex system for our returns handling. After delivery, every return is scanned and our employees can see exactly whether the customer has reported any damage or whether specific parts have already been replaced. The products are then transported to our processing department in large trolleys.
All returns are first cleaned of dirt, cleaned or washed with special, skin-friendly cleaning agents and then checked for damage or excessive signs of wear. Defects are repaired or restored with spare parts. Finally, all products are also disinfected. In this way, we ensure that all products are in top condition both technically and visually after reconditioning.
After reconditioning, the products are returned to our warehouse and can be ordered again as reconditioned products in the shop. Reconditioned products are not only cheaper to rent from us than new ones, they also make a double contribution to environmental protection. Thanks to our careful process and regular inspection and repair, we are able to keep the products in circulation for even longer and protect our environment.
