What happens if my rented product is damaged on the plane?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that buggies checked in as baggage are damaged in the hold or during loading and unloading. We therefore recommend buggies with hand baggage allowance - for example the Bugaboo Butterfly. You can simply take these buggies into the cabin with you.If this does not work out and the airline damages the product, we will issue you with an invoice so that you can offset the costs incurred against the airline.

Does theft protection also apply abroad?

Unfortunately, our theft protection is currently only valid in the countries in which we are active - i.e. Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. It is therefore best to check before you travel whether your liability insurance or household contents insurance also covers rented items. If you have booked your trip with a credit card, luggage insurance is often included.

Can I travel with a rental product?

Of course, you can also take the product you have rented from us on your travels.

Will the product arrive in time for my trip?

We endeavor to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped to you the following day. However, DHL still stands between you and us - this usually works really well, but sometimes something goes wrong and a delivery is delayed. To avoid unnecessary stress before your trip, we recommend ordering about two weeks in advance.

Can I rent for less than three months?

Our shortest minimum term is three months - unfortunately we can't make an exception for your two-week vacation. However, it is worth comparing prices - we are almost always cheaper for three months than other providers for 2-3 weeks.

Which infant carriers are approved for airplanes?

If you are flying with your baby, you will probably want to have an infant car seat with you - not only for safety during the flight, but also because you can continue to use it at your destination. However, it is important to note that not every infant car seat is allowed on board. Many airlines allow baby car seats as long as they are approved for use on the plane - you can recognize this by an FAA or TÜV seal, for example. It's best to check with your airline beforehand to find out exactly what is permitted.
